What we collect

• Details you send through our contact form: name, email, company, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records in server logs for security.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver services you have asked for and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

We process personal data under the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), on the basis of your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as required by law.

We share data only with trusted providers that help us run this website and our email, under appropriate data protection terms, or when the law requires it.
